绕包模塑软接头制备方法,与挤出模塑式方法相辅相成,用于高压海缆软接头制备,是十分有效的,特别是故障修复时,绕包模塑方法更加便捷有效。另外,国外报道,138kV 以下电缆接头,更趋向于全部使用绕包模塑技术,对于国内110kV 以下系统应用更有意义。绝缘和屏蔽层绕包带制备系统开发基于高分子材料挤出流延分切一体化技术,配备以电子摄像绝缘带杂质实时检测系统。
绝缘带制备系统组成:无缺陷单螺杆挤出机、流延分切一体机、流延模具、电子 摄像式杂质测量仪、双通道独立模温机。
The preparation method of the wrap-around molded flexible joint is complementary to the extrusion molding method. It is very effective for the preparation of the high-voltage cable flexible joint. Especially when the fault is repaired, the wrap-around molding method is more convenient and effective. In addition, foreign reports indicate that all cable joints below 138kV tend to use wrap-around molding technology, which is more meaningful for domestic system applications below 110kV.The insulation and shielding layer wrapping tape production system are developed based on the integrated technology of polymer material extrusion, casting and slitting, equipped with a real-time detection system for impurities in the insulation tape with electronic cameras.
Insulation tape production system composition: defect-free single screw extruder, casting and slitting machine, film casting die, electronic camera impurity inspection, dual-channel independent mold temperature machine.
